What: When a client emails us via Slack, we will be notified immediately.
When: As soon as a client emails us.
Why: So we can get back in touch with our clients quickly. Typically we only have clients email us when its an emergency all other interactions goes through our support desk.

Step 1: setup Gmail trigger for “New Label Email”
- You need to be using the business version of Gmail for the app to authorize.
Step 2: set up slack action to “send channel message”. Select your channel, add your message, and your bot name.
Step 3: set up slack action to “send direct message”. Select your username, add your message, and your bot name.
