Overview of the workflow that fires once a new client is added to the payment processor/ invoicing platform (In this example we are using a self-hosted invoice ninja instance due to it being open-source and easy to use.)
Step 1: New Client Added In Invoice Ninja
- You can use any software you want, or even do it directly in stripe.
Step 2: send an email using Gmail or any other provider that you want.
- Make sure that you are using the client information that we grabbed for step 1. In this case “Contact Email: Eli@pegas.io”
Step 3: Set the email template that you are planning on using.
- In our example onboarding welcome email, we just link them to all the resources and accounts that they need access to get started with our company.Â
